📋Store Order & Shipping Policy

1. Payment & Order Changes
Due to the handmade nature of our products, once the design is confirmed, no changes can be made.

2. Custom Design Confirmation
After placing your order, I will contact you via direct message to confirm your design.
Production will only start after you approve the design.

3. Shipping Fee
Normally $10–$15 shipping fee. Free for orders over $50. (Some countries excluded)
System will automatically calculate the shipment cost at checkout.

4. Production Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship out in 1–2 days

• No ready-made items: May require 1–2 days to make (I have my own job once off my work will make for you as soon as possible!)

• Custom Orders: May require 2–3 extra days to purchase materials and confirm design before production starts

5. Drying Time (for handmade cream glue products)

5–7 days depending on weather
This step is skipped for ready-to-ship items
Rainy weather may extend drying by 1–2 days (you will be notified)

6. Packaging & Safety
All items are wrapped in two layers of protective foam to prevent damage during shipping.
Handmade cream glue parts should be kept away from heavy pressure and sharp objects.

7. Shipping Time
Usually 10–15 days to arrive (may vary by location)
